Central and clean
great location super clean room comfy bed
The location was great. I walked from the train station to the hotel easily. My room was super clean and included everything I needed (for example, a hairdryer). The bed was very comfy.

Comfortable Stay With Minor Issues
central station excellent breakfast helpful staff bathroom plug insufficient compensation no washcloth
The location provided easy access to the tram and central station. I found the breakfast quite excellent. The omelet is awesome. The staff across the entire site were very nice, including at the hotel, bar, and restaurant.
Service declined . There were no wash cloths provided. The bathroom plug did not work! and no one fixed the light. The hotel offered a small compensation, but it felt insufficient.

Wonderful Stay in Central Location
helpful staff comfortable lobby authentic neighborhood
I found the staff helpful and nice. I appreciated that the hotel was close to many restaurants. Breakfast was nice, the lobby area was also comfortable. I especially enjoyed the happy hour. The location seemed like an authentic neighborhood even though it was close to the train station. I really thought the overall quality made this hotel excellent.
I thought the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. It was not hot enough. I hoped for a better experience overall.

The central train station is a short walk from the hotel. It made arrival and departure easy. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel. This provides easy access to museums. Numerous great restaurants and attractions are very close. This added much convenience.

The location offers great access to key attractions. I found the social hour each afternoon quite good. A complimentary hotel room spray was given upon my departure. A lovely touch.
The fire alarms rang at 1:00am. I discovered the fire door was locked. I was really surprised at the staff's nonchalant attitude about the incident.

Lovely Stay
social hour hotel aroma perfect location
I found the location convenient to explore all the city offers. The social hour in the afternoons was quite nice. I sat for an hour, relaxing with wine and nibbles. I also received a gift upon departure, a room spray having the hotel's aroma. I find it a lovely touch.
I noticed an issue with the room, THERE was no space to unpack anything. There was also no place at all to hang clothes. I had to keep everything in my cases. There were only two coat hooks, also used for the bathrobes. There were also no hooks in the bathroom.

charming stay near central station
central location super clean room comfy bed
the location impressed me, very close to the central station, a mere five-minute walk , also a tram stop was very near. staff members were very accommodating when i wanted to rent a car for a night. the room i stayed in was super clean and quite nice, with the bed and pillows particularly comfortable.
the hotel seemed to lack sufficient hanging space , i had to keep my clothes in my suitcase.
